The App collects location data to support field operations.
Foreground Location: Collected when users perform actions such as attendance check-in/check-out or complaint/service in/out. Background Location: Collected only when a field employee (Engineer or Sales Person) is marked as “checked-in” (on duty). This allows the App to: Track travel distance Monitor field movement Provide real-time visibility to team leaders Tracking Stops Automatically: Location tracking stops immediately when the user checks out (off duty). b. Attendance Data
We collect:
Check-in and check-out time Location at the time of attendance Selfie (for verification)
This data is used to calculate:
Working hours Late arrivals / early departures Attendance records c. Complaint & Service Data
We collect:
Complaint details and status Engineer assignments Service activity timestamps and locations d. Sales Activity Data
We collect:
Lead assignments Visit check-in/check-out details Location and time of sales visits


2. How We Use Information
We use collected data for the following purposes: Field Workforce Tracking: To monitor employee movement during working hours Distance Calculation: To calculate total kilometers traveled for petrol allowance and reimbursement Attendance Management: To maintain accurate attendance and working hours Task & Complaint Management: To assign, track, and manage service complaints and sales leads Performance Monitoring: To evaluate employee productivity and efficiency

We do not sell or rent personal data. We may share data only in the following cases: With authorized company administrators (for operational monitoring) With service providers supporting app functionality When required by law or legal authorities
